Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscribers can request a refund within 7 days. Partial refunds are not available for monthly plans.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscribers can request a pro-rated refund within the first 7 days. After 7 days, no refunds are available for annual plans.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Accounts terminated for violation of terms of service
  • Subscription downgrades (difference not refunded)

Chargeback Policy

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:

  • Remove access to all services and data
  • Charge a $25 chargeback processing fee
  • Provide transaction evidence to your financial institution
